Rules and Regulations of the School
1. English Communication and Discipline
The school authority insists that the child should speak in English and acquire every opportunity to communicate in English on the school campus. Special attention is given to ensure a high standard of morality and discipline in the school.
2. Permission for Entry
No pupil is allowed onto the school premises without the permission of the Principal.
3. Respect and Politeness
Pupils should address their teachers and all the members of the staff with respect and politeness. They should show gentleness and courtesy to their companions and other co-students.
4. Custody of Belongings
The students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings. All damage to school property must be remedied at the cost of the offender.
5. Prohibited Items
No mobile phones and electronic gadgets are permitted on the school premises.
6. Punctuality and Safety
Students should reach the school on time. An identity card must be carried by each student compulsorily for their own security purpose.
7. Health and Absences
Children are not to be sent to school for an examination/tests when ill or recovering from illness. Parents are requested to assign a reason in the school diary for one or two days of absence. For three successive days or more, a note shall be forwarded to the Class Teacher. In case of illness, a medical certificate from a registered practitioner is required.
8. Promotion Criteria
If a student is not attending 75% of the classes in the academic session, he/she will not be granted promotion.
9. Personal Appearance
Nails should be neatly cut. No coloured nail varnish is allowed on fingernails or toenails, and no mehendi or coloring of hair is permitted. Hair should be trimmed for boys. No jewelry except small earrings.
10. Vacations
There are three vacations in the year - Summer Vacation in May, Puja Vacation in September/October, and Christmas Vacation in December.
Regular School Uniform
For Girls:
Navy blue pleated skirt and blue/black checked shirt with school monogram and belt. Black shoes and white socks.
For Boys:
Navy blue half/full pant and blue/black checked shirt with school monogram and belt. Black shoes and white socks.
For Winter:
Hoodies with school monogram white long tight stockings up to class III, Navy blue Blazer from class IV to class X.
P.T. Uniform
For Boys:
House T-Shirt with school monogram and house colour full pant, plain white keds with socks.
For Girls:
House T-Shirt with school monogram and house colour full pant, plain white keds with socks.
